Where do we deliver?
New Zealand items are available for delivery throughout New Zealand. We also offer deliveries outside New Zealand.
What days do we deliver?
Delivery are made from Monday to Sunday, with certain exceptions. Additional delivery charge may apply for Saturday, Sunday, Monday delivery.
What time do the orders get delivered?
Like all florist we do not guarantee an exact delivery time as it really depends on the delivery route, the driver and the number of deliveries. You can however inform us of your preference for AM or PM delivery. All deliveries going out to business addresses are delivered during normal business hours.
What happens if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery?
If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, then the delivering driver will leave the flowers/ gift baskets safely by the doorstep(weather permitting) or with a neighbor. In case the above does not apply, we will call the recipient and deliver the order the next day again after confirming the availability. Please note that you can always let us know on how you would like to deal with it by providing your preference in the comment section during the checkout process.
Delivery Fees/Shipping Charges :
All Flowers, Gift Hampers, Gift Baskets, Flower bunches, Cuddly Toys and Wine bear delivery charge.
