1. How to place order to send flowers?
Sending flowers, flowering plants, gift baskets with Gift Blooms is easy.
You can send flowers, plants and gift baskets by using our secure web
site.
2. How do I know my order went through and delivery will be made?
An order confirmation email with delivery information is sent within seconds of order placement. This email confirms successful receipt of your order. Do not delete this email as it contains a link to check the delivery status online.
3. How do I know my order is delivered?
Our associates keep the order status updated at all times. Delivery confirmation for the Flowers delivered in the morning are sent by late evening and rest of the delivery confirmations are sent the day after the delivery date.
Delivery Information:
Most arrangements can be delivered on the same day if ordered before 1:00 PM local time. Look for the “Same Day Delivery ” sign below the product image
4. What are shipping charges for the products on the site?
All Flowers, floral arrangements, plants, and certain fruit and blooming
baskets bear a standard delivery charge of $11.95. Gift baskets, Bonsai
plants and some specialty gifts are delivered via FedEx, DHL or UPS. The
delivery charge varies for each gift item depending on the delivery method
( Next Day, 2-day or ground shipping). Prices are available on product
detail pages to make your selection easier.
5. Where do we deliver?
Delivery is available nationwide throughout United States, Canada, Germany, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, India and many other countries.
6. What days do we deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week, with exceptions on certain products. All our floral products are available for delivery from Monday through Saturday. Floral delivery for Sunday is available in most cities in the continental United Sates. Gift baskets are available for deliver from Tuesday through Saturday.

7. Is Sunday Delivery available?
Most floral arrangements, some flowering plants and fruit baskets can be delivered on Sunday. However, Orders for Sunday Delivery that could not be fulfilled on Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.
8. What time do the orders get delivered?
We cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery; you can however inform us of your preference for AM or PM delivery while placing your order and your order will be delivered accordingly. For all orders going out to business addresses are delivered during normal business hours.
9. What happens if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery?
If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, then
the delivering driver will leave the flowers/ gift baskets/ balloons
safely by the doorstep(weather permitting) or with a neighbor. In case the
above does not apply call the recipient and
deliver the order the next day again after confirming the availability.
Privacy:
Gift Blooms implements a tight privacy policy. We only collect minimal
information required to deliver your order efficiently. Customer information
is never shared. The delivery driver and the florist receive
the recipient information to fulfill the delivery.
Security:
Shopping online at giftblooms.com is secured by 128 bit encryption. Your credit card and personal information can only be transmitted over the encrypted connection for highest security.
