- Manufacture:
- The dragee is made of almonds and sugars. The almonds are dried in an oven and then placed in a turbine to cover them with gum arabic and sugar. Then comes the coarsening: the vanilla
- flavoured sugar syrup is poured in several passes so that the almonds are covered with a thin layer of sugar. It is this perfect smoothing, this shaping that gives the porcelain aspect...
