- Champagne Drappier
- Drappier is a family business that favors the natural and the authentic. Its vineyard represents 100 hectares of an exceptional terroir combining rich limestone soil and optimum sunshine.
- Drappier offers here a rose champagne without dosage and with a very low sulfur content. Zero dosage means that the wine has not received any expedition liquor.
- This brut nature rose is vinified as a bleeding rose, that is to say that it is obtained by letting macerate briefly (a few hours) the musts with the skin of the grapes, which gives it its color.
- The elaboration of by maceration of the black pinot is rare in Champagne.
- Tasting notes
- Color: a hue that varies, as it is vinified by bleeding pinot noir, slightly lightened by a small proportion of the same grape variety vinified white
- Nose: evokes strawberry, raspberry with a floral note of rose petal.
- Taste : reveals the power of pinot noir with a nice vivacity and a lot of freshness. Aromas of red fruits, enhanced by notes of citrus, tangerine and a very refined touch of white pepper.
- A very appreciated wine to accompany a grilled meat or a salmon carpaccio.
