  • Ingredients :4cl of Electric Velvet
  • 2cl of white agricultural rum
  • 2cl of beetroot juice
  • 1cl of passion fruit syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Sparkling water
  • Preparation :In a large mixing glass add ice then pour in the Electric Velvet liqueur, rum, beet juice and passion fruit syrup.
  • Mix everything together with a mixing spoon so that everything is well diluted.
  • Pour the cocktail into a highball glass, adding sparkling water to taste.
