- Liqueurs Fisselier
- Rose liqueur is the result of the maceration of rose petals in alcohol and sugar. It is in the liqueur factory in Rennes that the Lisselier rose liqueur is made.
- It will surprise you with its pretty pastel colour and its inimitable taste. In the mouth, it releases fresh, subtle and light notes of rose petals.
- It was first used in Asian countries to make candied rosebuds for cooking. Today, its use has become widespread throughout the world.
- How to use rose liqueur?
- Rose liqueur can be served as an aperitif (with champagne to revisit the kir or with a sparkling white wine). The liqueur can also be used to make many cocktails. Plain, it can be used as a digestif, but keep it well chilled so that it is almost frozen. In cooking, rose liqueur is a good idea for topping desserts such as fruit salads or sorbets.
