- Description
A lightly peated Scotch whisky that offers real complexity
The Release 1 whisky offered by the Raasay distillery is made by blending two unique distillates: one peated and one unpeated, each of which has been aged in three different types of casks: ex-rye whisky casks, Chinkapin oak casks and finally ex-Bordeaux wine casks.
