The Gewürztraminer from Crotta di Prado is born on the heights of Jovençan, where the typical temperature swings of the altitude favor the development of the intense aromas that characterize the grape variety. On the nose, it distinctly recalls fresh grape and grape juice, enriched with notes of exotic fruit, white and yellow rose, aromatic herbs, and spices like white pepper. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, and full-bodied. Perfect with shellfish, fish dishes, or white meats prepared with aromatic herbs
