A real institution in Sète, the Zézettes de Sète are small sun

- The history of the Zézettes
- Its history goes back to the 70's, when Gaston Bentata, with a head full of recipes from his childhood, decided to share this family heritage with as many people as possible and started to sell his cookies on the markets. One of them in particular was very successful and its elongated shape made customers smile. If you want to be evocative, you might as well be frank about it, and the little cookie was then renamed Zézette de Sète.
