Bas-Armagnac produces delicate and distinguished eaux-de-vie. Gelas carefully ages them in oak barrels and preserves their authenticity, without fudging them at the time of bottling. These are the Armagnacs of connoisseurs, who keep in their youth a fruity dominance and a certain ardour.
