The Etna Bianco "On the Volcano" by Donnafugata is a fresh and mineral wine born on the slopes of the great Sicilian volcano, at 750 meters altitude. It is vinified in steel and aged in tank and partially in French barriques. It presents an elegant bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and flint. The sip is fresh, savory and mineral, with good persistence. Perfect with shellfish, vegetarian first courses and mushrooms
