Salvatore Martusciello's 'Trenta Pioli' is a full-bodied and intense Spumante Brut made from Asprinio, unique in its kind . Its name refers to the use of a 15-metre-high ladder, hence 30 rungs, to climb the tree-lined vineyards that characterise its cultivation. Made with the Martinotti Method, it offers herbaceous notes, aromas of exotic fruit and lime, and hints of orange blossom. Perfect to pair with traditional buffalo mozzarella and fried anchovies
