Vignoble Des 2 Lunes' “Hengst” is a powerful and balanced Alsatian Gewurztraminer. Dressed in a golden yellow colour, this white wine stands out for its aromaticity: exotic and tropical fruit, liquorice, rose petals, honey, dried fruit... an excellent balance between sweetness and spice. Entirely biodynamic practices are used to make it and it is aged in oak barrels. Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with savoury cheeses and, why not, even with a chocolate sacher!
