- Description
Cartizze Extra Dry "DDD" from the Duca di Dolle winery in Veneto is a fresh, sparkling wine suitable for an aperitif with friends. The Glera grapes are harvested by hand from one hectare of the winery's vineyard in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene and then re-fermented using the Charmat method. The colour is an intense straw yellow with greenish reflections and the bouquet is reminiscent of crunchy fresh fruit and white flowers. The taste is agile, mineral, sapid and with a well-balanced and harmonious finish
