The Privo l'Eretico Bianco by Alepa is a white wine macerated from Pallagrello grapes, aged in steel and chestnut wood for about 12 months. It has an elegant intense and bright amber color and expresses a complex and fascinating aromatic bouquet, with notes of dried apricots, honey, oranges, apple pulp, and oriental spices. On the palate, it is rich and sumptuous, fresh, well-salty, with a persistent spicy finish!
