Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc 'Catarina' Domaine Duseigneur 2024

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 'Catarina' from Domaine Duseigneur is a refined white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a pure expression of Clairette grown in a prestigious 'lieu-dit'. Matured partly in French oak demi-muids with frequent batonnage and partly in cement, this wine of character expresses freshness and complexity. Its elegant golden colour introduces a seductive bouquet of flowers, white fruit and evolved notes of honey. The palate reveals a rich, velvety texture with a vibrant savouriness that fully reflects the local terroir. Suggested with salmon tartare or delicate white meats
