Sake Junmai Daiginjo Stella Muroka

The "Stella Muroka" is a dry, soft and balanced Sake Junmai Daiginjo made from 50% crumbled Gohyaku Mangoku rice. A product of the sakagura Inaba Shuzo, at the foot of Mount Tsukuba, which uses traditional methods by fermenting rice for a long time at low temperature. In the end of the process, the "fukurou tsukuri", a rare pressing technique is used for bottling, giving the Sake an immense freshness and a great bouquet of refined aromas of white fruit
