The Palette Rosé from Chateau Simone is one of the great French rosés. It is produced in Palette, a small Provençal subzone near Aix-en-Provence, where the limestone soils give finesse to the wines of the region. A sophisticated blend where Grenache and Mourvèdre unite with rare and traditional varieties, some almost forgotten. Vigorous on the nose, with hints of fruit and spices, the sip of great savoriness and persistence is memorable
