Champagne Rosè Brut 'Dom Ruinart' Ruinart 2009

Ruinart’s “Dom Ruinart” Extra Brut Rosé Champagne is the flagship rosé of the great Reims-based ‘maison’, one of the finest in its category, named after the monk who founded this wine-making house. The complex bouquet initially unfolds with floral aromas and citrus notes, reaching spicy heights on the finish, with intriguing hints of ginger zest. The attack on the palate is smooth, with great freshness and fluidity, followed by a rich savouriness and a typical bitter almond note. The bubbles are extremely fine, a hallmark of the ‘Dom’s’ great elegance
