Cantina di Trento's Trento Spumante Rosé Brut 'Zell' is an elsegant wine made from only Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the Zell area near the city of Trento. The colour is due to a brief maceration on the skins at a low temperature before re-fermentation in the bottle. The nose reveals elegant notes of red fruits and almond pastry. On the palate it combines freshness, elegance and good persistence, perfect throughout a meal or with prawns
