The 'Belfo' from Arribas Wine Company is a fascinating, fresh, savoury white wine, an expression of the new and lively Portuguese winemaking. It comes from a single plot in Peredo de Bemposta, an area characterised by granitic soil and high altitude. Its name, which means 'to speak with a full mouth', recalls the materiality of the sip and the spontaneity of spirit with which it is produced.
