Van de Sype's Semi-sparkling Ancestral Rosé is a rustic refermented wine from the Modena area, produced by Sebastian in his second life after years as an engineer. With the help of fellow Belgian Frank Cornelissen, he founded his estate under the banner of sustainability and an artisanal philosophy.
