The Diplomatico Single Vintage Rum is born from the selection of a single vintage, distilled in discontinuous stills and aged for 12 years in ex-Bourbon and ex-Single Malt oak barrels, with a final passage in ex-Sherry barrels. It is a vintage rum that is rich, intense and deep, with a broad aromatic profile and quite dry, featuring notes of coffee, vanilla and chocolate
