- Description
The Cremant d'Alsace Rosé "Mr Pink" by Rieffel is a sparkling rosé from Alsace, a classic method made from vibrant and enveloping pinot noir. Domaine Rieffel operates with artisanal care and diligence, as highlighted by the production method of this ‘Mr. Pink’: maturation of the base wine in barrel, followed by refermentation and aging for several months in bottle. Lively notes of red fruits like currant and blood orange, while almond and brioche notes are perceived on the finish. Not to be overlooked when paired with white meat dishes or refined shellfish
