As it ages, it develops a delicate and complex bouquet. With a strong aging potential, it is characterized by an exceptional aging capacity. Certain vintages are considered as legendary wines (1921-1929-1982-1990-2009). Aged 18 months in 60% new French oak barrels, the Grand Vin represents 35 to 40% of the total production of Chteau Montrose.
