The DOLA Müller Thurgau from the Isarco Valley of the Alto Adige comes from vineyards located in Fiè allo Sciliar at an altitude of 900 meters. The fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Maturation in the barrel on the fine lees provides a refined taste and aroma. The Pfitscher DOLA Müller Thurgau is a very light but noble white wine with a mild acidity and a fruity bouquet. The nose has a clear, fine nutmeg note and aromas of stone fruits. It also has a fascinatingly bright green-yellow color that underlines the fruity, intensive taste of this dry white wine.
