Maison Saint Aix Beau Viva

The AIX Beau Viva is a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine from Maison Saint Aix, located in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence in the South of France. This wine is made from 100% Colombard grapes and offers a refined experience without alcohol. AIX Beau Viva presents itself with a pale pink colour and fine, lively bubbles. The bouquet combines subtle aromas of rose petals, bright citrus and fresh red fruits. In the mouth the wine is fresh and balanced, with a touch of minerality and a delicate mousse. The alcohol is gently removed via vacuum distillation, a method in which the alcohol is evaporated at a lower temperature to preserve the delicate flavours and aromas of the wine. After dealcoholisation, carbon dioxide is added to give the wine its sparkling character. This alcohol-free sparkling rosé is versatile with various dishes.
