Vineyards and grape varieties The 2022 Château Sacré Coeur is made from 100% Merlot. The vineyards deliver low yields at optimal ripeness, resulting in intensity and a compact core of dark fruit. Harvest, vinification and maturation After careful selection, the grapes are fermented with an emphasis on extracting ripe fruit and structure.
