After the manual harvest, the Super Tuscan matures for 18 months in oak barrels of which 75% is new barrel. This gives it a lot of tannins and structure, delicious what a beast of a wine! In the smell ripe black fruit such as blackberries and berries complemented by herbs, vanilla, oak wood and plums. In the taste this Fattoria Le Pupille Saffredi is very complex with many notes of black fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, cedar wood and much more! spacious and cherries in the nose.
