The Bottega Prosecco Gold Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut is made from strictly selected grapes from the vineyards on the Col San Martin. The growing area of Glera grapes is located in the hilly area of the province of Treviso up to the slopes of Valdobbiadene, which is close to the Venetian Prealps. These vineyards are characterized by their high minerality and the clear difference between daytime and night temperatures. The combination of these two factors gives the wine a very specific bouquet. The wine is bottled in an unmistakably prestigious gold bottle to mark the distinction of this top cuvée from the rest. This also provides protection against light, preserving the aromas and freshness. The Bottega Gold Prosecco is a sparkling glass of prosecco with notes of ripe apple, pear and other exotic fruits. A festive aperitif, but also good with starters, light starters (pasta with seafood and non-aromatic herbs and risotto), steamed or raw fish dishes, grilled white meat, stewed or fresh vegetable dishes.
