2025 Chateau Minuty M de Minuty Rose

The M de Minuty is a beautiful, fresh rosé. A very strict selection process takes place (twice, namely in the vineyard and on the sorting tables) of the grapes, which come from the best part of the "Côtes de Provence". This rosé is a blend of the typical Provence rosé grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. The harvest takes place in the very early morning, after which the grapes are stored chilled (so that fermentation does not start too early). At the Chateau, the grapes are pressed immediately, and fermentation then takes place at a very low temperature. Chateau Minuty has a fully automated bottling line designed to protect the rosé wines from oxidation and to respect their aromatic qualities. The color of this rosé is as a Provence rosé should be: very light and bright. This blush wine is an instant hit with its intense aromas ranging from tangy berries to notes of tropical fruit. On the nose, we detect lovely notes of redcurrant and orange peel. On the palate, the M de Minuty is polished, fresh, with a very pleasant acidity. This is a beautiful rosé, but then again, this is a rosé from Chateau Minuty . It is a perfect terrace wine, but also gastronomically excellent with salads, prawns, kebab, spicy food, and apricots. How about with olives, tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips? It goes down like a treat. with summer salads such as a classic tomato and mozzarella or Salade Niçoise.
