The cuvée Louis Roederer Brut Nature 2015 Philippe Starck, the fourth opus of the collaboration between the Champagne House and the famous designer, is being offered a spectacular new vintage. This rosé champagne is composed of 55% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Cumières. The wine is produced using the 'infusion' technique, in which the ripest and juiciest grapes are carefully treated to preserve their fresh fruit character. The 2015 Brut Nature Rosé enchants with its fresh fruit aromas, characteristic of the terroir and the infusion technique used. The bouquet reveals notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, complemented by subtle floral accents. On the tongue, the champagne offers a lively acidity, a refined mousse and a long, mineral finish.
