An original blend by Borsari for the more adventurous
- Borsari
- The story goes that the Panettone was invented in Milan during the reign of Ludovico di Moro. On the occasion of a banquet, the pastry chef burned his cake. He had to find a solution very quickly and called on his apprentice, Toni, who had prepared sweet breads for the cooks' table. The distinguished guests present looked at the bread with surprise. They tasted it and asked, "What is this delicious bread? The answer came: "Toni's bread". "We must find a name for this delicacy... El pan de Toni, we'll call it Panettone!"
- Here, the traditional panettone is revisited with a version filled with the famous cream of limoncello liquor, another Italian specialty. Subtly balanced, let yourself be tempted by this innovative panettone!
- Borsani: a name, a city, a passion
- This prestigious brand was born in Verona, Italy, in the famous city of Romeo and Juliet, by the master pastry chef Tiziano Golfetti. The name is inspired by the medieval Borsari Gate, under which goods used to pass in transit. From the expert hands of the first Borsari artisan workshop came many sweet specialties such as the typical Pandoro but also the panetonne and the dove with delicious fillings.
- Borsari is the promise of Italian know
- how and the assurance of a craft that chooses only quality raw materials and an innovative choice of ingredients, all while respecting the tradition of ancient pastry
- making.
