- This panettone is the great classic of the Italian pastry chef Biasetto.
- It is rich in peels candied at low temperature, in order to preserve the precious essential oils and maintain the sweetness of the orange pulp. They are balanced with raisins and Tuscan acacia honey, all glazed with a sweet almond macaron and covered with whole almonds from Puglia.
- At 500g, it is 18cm high by 16cm in diameter.
