- Put the empty and clean mould in the fridge
- Melt 100 g of chocolate at 30°C maximum (preferably in a bain
- marie, otherwise in the microwave).
- Pour the chocolate into one half of a mould
- Close and shake the mould, so that the chocolate covers the entire surface.
- Let cool. Unmould and you'll have a brand new Chocolate Bimbi!
