- The preparation of these chocolate squares begins with the careful selection of cocoa beans in Ecuador and Peru, whose exceptional terroirs offer particularly delicious aromas. Cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, these beans are then enhanced by rigorously selected natural ingredients. A requirement for quality and traceability that has allowed Chocolat des Frana§ais to obtain the prestigious "Pur Beurre de Cacao" and "Chocolat de France" certifications.
