This Champagne Rserve Brut contains all the know-how of the House of Pol Roger, representing a perfect style and quality.
The Brut Rserve cuve from the Pol Roger House can accompany you on all special occasions. Both elegant and refined, this champagne is a blend of three grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay. This association makes it a perfectly balanced champagne. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately pressed. Afterwards, two settlings are carried out: the first in a pressing center and the second in a cold vat room. Fermentation is then carried out at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Before the final blending, the different grape varieties are vinified separately. After bottling, the wines rest for a minimum of three months.
